El libro Las críticas de los filósofos megáricos a la ontología platónica de Mariana Gardella emprende una tarea hermenéutica vacante en los estudios de filosofía antigua, rescatando el lugar de los filósofos megáricos en el contexto de la filosofía griega del siglo IV a.C. Para este propósito busca recuperar no sólo las teorías y argumentos filosóficos propuestos por los miembros de dicha escuela, sino también el ámbito intelectual en el cual se inscriben los discursos.
The book The Criticisms of the Megaric Philosophers of Platonic Ontology by Mariana Gardella undertakes a vacant hermeneutical task in the studies of ancient philosophy, rescuing the place of the Megaric philosophers in the context of Greek philosophy of the 4th century BC. For this purpose it seeks to recover not only the theories and philosophical arguments proposed by the members of said school, but also the intellectual field in which the discourses are inscribed.
